R12 Nexus

We're building something new. And we want you in on it.

R12 Nexus is a systems and solutions internship program connecting emerging talent with real-world work — the kind that actually goes on your resume and teaches you how businesses run behind the scenes.

We work with local businesses, nonprofits, and our own internal projects, and we're looking for curious, motivated people who want to learn by doing — not just shadow someone.

What that could look like for you:

  • Helping real clients organize their systems, tools, and workflows

  • Supporting content, operations, or tech tasks across a range of projects

  • Building a portfolio of work you can speak to in any interview or conversation

We're honest about where we're at: this program is early-stage. We're not promising a rigid structure — we're promising real work, real mentorship, and real experience for the right people. Some opportunities may be compensated; others are unpaid but rich in hands-on learning and resume value.

This program is open to applicants 18 and older.
